How do I pay back a PPP loan?
The website you can use to repay your EIDL loan can be found at Pay.gov. You must have your 10-digit loan number and a payment amount in order to pay it back. There is no prepayment penalty but it is possible a minimal amount of interest has accrued from the time the loan was disbursed.

Forgiveness Information for Harvest Borrowers
PPP Forgiveness application is now available for Harvest borrowers.
Nearly 80 percent of the 5 million P.P.P. loans given out last year have been fully or partially forgiven, according to the latest agency data, but very few of this year’s borrowers have begun the process.
To apply for forgiveness of your Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan, you (the Borrower) must complete this application as directed in these instructions, and submit it to your Lender (or the Lender that is servicing your loan). Borrowers may also complete this application electronically through their Lender.
EIDL Loan Forgiveness. EIDL loans cannot be forgiven. EIDL loans do have a deferment period, however. Loans made during the 2020 calendar year have a 24-month deferment window from the date of the note.
